Who Are You is a music album by the British rock band The Who .

The album was released by Polydor in August 1978. It was produced by Glyn Johns and Jon Astley . Townshend also experimented with new sounds and synthesizers on this album . The band can be seen on the album cover. Keith Moon is seated on a chair, with the words Not to be taken away , mutatis mutandis not take away or not meant to be taken from us , must be read. A short time later he dies of an overdose; it is the group's last album with the original line-up.

In addition to the typical line-up, Andy Fairweather-Low , former frontman of Amen Corner , can be heard as a background singer on the album . Rod Argent was involved in three plays. He played synthesizers with Had Enough , piano with Who Are You, and keyboards with Guitar and Pen . The arrangements for the string instrument were made by Ted Astley .
