Wilihof was an independent political municipality in the constituency of Sursee , Canton of Lucerne , Switzerland . In 2005 Wilihof merged with the former municipality of Kulmerau to form the municipality of Triengen .

population

The place has remained a small farming village to this day. The population decreased by almost 30% between 1850 and 1900. It grew rapidly until 1950 and reached its historical high point with a little over 300 inhabitants. Then it sank again below 300 inhabitants and commuted between 200 and 300 inhabitants.
