Willy Völker (born December 20, 1889 in Kahla , † 1972 in Jena ) was a German football player.

Völker was born as the son of a master watchmaker in Kahla, attended secondary school in Gera and later the grammar school in Leipzig . He was an extremely talented gymnast in his youth and only started playing football at the age of 16 at the Gera Ball Game Club .
