The von Witte family is a noble Prussian family that originally came from Pomerania and was raised to the nobility on January 8, 1816 in Berlin .

Divided by a silver bar: above in gold three green ears of corn growing out of the bar on their stalks and below in red a golden deer head with a neck growing out of the base of the shield. On the crowned helmet with green and gold covers on the right and red and gold covers on the left, an open silver plow.
