The table tennis World Cup 2010 took place for the men in his 31 host from 29 to 31 October at the German Magdeburg and the women in his 14 host from 24 to 26 September at the Malaysian Kuala Lumpur instead. Gold went to Wang Hao and Guo Yan from China .

mode

19 athletes took part in each competition. The 15 best placed participants in the world rankings took part in the World Cup group stage, divided into four groups of four athletes each. The remaining four participants, the representatives of North America, Latin America, Africa and Oceania, played the remaining sixteenth place in the Intercontinental Cup group. The group first and second advanced to the main round, which was held in knockout mode. The semi-final losers played a game for third place.
