AIS Airlines was founded in 2009. With the AIS Flight Academy, it runs a flight school based at Münster / Osnabrück Airport and, with AIS Technics, an aircraft maintenance company . On February 27, 2020, AIS Airlines suspended the route Münster-Osnabrück to Copenhagen (via Groningen ).
