Adalbert of Passau
Adalbert († June 15, 970 ) was the 17th Bishop of Passau from 946 to 970 .
During his reign, the fateful battle on the Lechfeld in 955, in which the later Emperor Otto I was able to destroy the Hungarians, fell. For the Diocese of Passau this meant that it could now exercise its effectiveness again in the land under the Enns .
