The Adamello-Presanella-Alps are a mountain group of the Southern Alps in Northern Italy according to the Alpine Association classification of the Eastern Alps . It includes the Adamello group and the western part of the Prealpi Bresciane (Brescian Prealps).

Boundary

The Adamello-Presanella Alps are limited as follows:

• to the Bergamasque Alps in the west the Val Camonica des Oglio from Lake Iseo to Edolo
• to the Sobretta-Gavia-Gruppe in the northwest with the upper reaches of the Oglio between Edolo and Ponte di Legno as the border
• to the Ortler Alps in the north, the Tonale Pass line with Val Vermiglio (upper Val di Sole ) in the east
• to the Brenta group in the northeast of Dimaro in Val di Sole up the Meledrio , over the Passo Campo Carlo Magno into the valley of the Sarca with Madonna di Campiglio ( Valle di Campiglio ) and further over Pinzolo to Tione di Trento ( Val Rendena )
• to the Lake Garda mountains in the east and south-east of Tione the Val di Breguzzo via Bondo into the Val Caffaro ( Creto - Ponte Cáffaro ) and the Bagolino - Passo di Maniva - Val Trompia - Col di San Zeno line
• in the south the line Col di San Zeno - Lake Iseo forms the border, south of it the foothills - unclassified by the AVE - run west of Brescia into the Alpine foothills of Lombardy (Brescianer Voralpen)
