Adrian Saidi
Adrian Saidi (* 1984 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .
Life
Adrian Saidi, who is of German- Afghan origin, grew up in his native Hamburg. From 2005 to 2007 he attended the Frese Drama Studio in Hamburg. He then studied acting from 2007 to 2011 at the Konrad Wolf University of Film and Television (HFF Potsdam) in Potsdam - Babelsberg . During his studies he worked on various theater productions. He had theater engagements a. a. at the Maxim Gorki Theater (2010), at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam (2010/11 season) and at the Hebbel Theater in Berlin (2010/11 season, at HAU ).
Between 2011 and 2017 he played the role of Hakim in Nurkan Erpulat's play Verrücktes Blut , which in 2011 was voted “German-language play of the year” by the independent jury of German-speaking critics in the magazine Theater heute . a. at the Maxim Gorki Theater and in the Ballhaus Naunynstraße .
He made his film debut in 2011 with higher production artists from Florian Gottschick .
After completing his studies, he took on a role in The Forest Is Black and Silent (first broadcast: May 2012), where he was the kidnapper of crime scene commissioner Lena Odenthal ( Ulrike Folkerts ) together with Frederick Lau , Tómas Lemarquis , Edin Hasanović and Theo Trebs was occupied. He had another crime scene appearance in the crime scene: The gentle death (first broadcast: December 2014) as Samuil threatening Commissioner Charlotte Lindholm ( Maria Furtwängler ).

In the Wilsberg crime thriller MünsterLeaks (first broadcast: December 2017), he played Kalin Abaluta, a Romanian foreman in a meat factory in Münster, who smuggled forced prostitutes and was a contract killer. In January 2018 Saidi was then seen on ZDF in the crime series SOKO Cologne in a leading role in the episode; he played Kevin Meyer, the son of a murdered former Cologne brothel owner .
His hobbies include jogging , fitness and yoga . Saidi lives in Hamburg.
