Aidan Gillen (* 24. April 1968 in Dublin , Ireland as Aidan Murphy ) is an Irish actor , known internationally for his role as Petyr "little finger" Baelish on the hit series Game of Thrones .

Life

Aidan Gillen his acting career began as a teenager at the age of 16, he played in a production of A Midsummer Night's Dream to Niklaus list . In 1985 he had his first film role in the Irish short film The Drip under his maiden name Aidan Murphy.
