Office aura in mind

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The office Aura in Sinngrund (e) was an office as a condominium of the Hochstift Würzburg and other gentlemen. It consisted of aura in the basic sense , middle sense and upper sense .

The main court

The three places formed the cent mean sense . The cent was the condominium of the gentlemen von Hutten and the gentlemen von Thüngen . The Huttensche share was sold in 1648 by Daniel von Hutten to the Landgraviate of Hessen-Kassel . Hessen-Kassel administered its rights to the Cent Mittelinn in the Altengronau office . On 13/23 October 1624 Albrecht von Thüngen sold his shares to his brother Philipp Kaspar von Thüngen . This right fell to the Würzburg monastery, the Lords of Frohnhofen and the Julius Hospital around 1660 ; in literature, the rule is sometimes called vierherrisch called (= four men).

This cent was an inheritance . The cooperation of the co-owners was with the Obersinner settlement (from April 25, 1598), the court, police and forest regulations (July 10, 1600), the contract of November 27, 1617, the Hammelburger Receß (15./25. May 1671) between Würzburg and Hessen-Kassel and the Gemünden Compensation (December 2, 1728), including an instruction for the centgrave . The community jurisdiction exercised a "Sammt-Centgraf" (with 14 lay judges).

The Hammelburg trial of 1671 was of particular importance with regard to church conditions. While Hessen-Kassel was Lutheran , Würzburg was Catholic. The lawsuit regulated that the schoolmaster was examined by the (Lutheran) pastor and presented jointly by Würzburg and Kassel . The Augsburg denomination remained the dominant doctrine, but Würzburg was allowed to introduce the Coexercitium catholicum at its own expense.

As a field name, "Centwiesen", about 300 meters south of the Saale bridge, indicates this court square.

The manor and bailiwick

Similar to the central rulership, the official area also formed a patchwork quilt with regard to the bailiwick and the manor. At the end of the 17th century, Würzburg had the Vogtei over Aura im Sinngrund (the office was therefore called Amt Aura im Sinngrund on the Würzburg side). The bailiwick over middle sense and upper sense was shared by all lords. The official places were not controlled by the sovereigns, but by the knightly canton of Rhön-Werra .

Since the office was only a very small office and the rights and inclines were split up, the Hochstift Würzburg did not appoint its own bailiff , but had the office co-administered by the head bailiff of the Gemünden office . There was a Würzburg cellar on site .
