Location of the Recknitz-Trebeltal office in the Vorpommern-Rügen district | ||
The Recknitz-Trebeltal office is located in the Vorpommern-Rügen district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany). In Office Recknitz-Trebeltal the twelve municipalities Bad aspic, Böhlendorf, Breesen, Dettmannsdorf, Deyelsdorf, Drechow, Eixen, Grammendorf, Gransebieth, Hugoldsdorf, Lindholz and Tribsees originally joined forces to do their administrative business. The administrative headquarters are in the city of Tribsees . There is also a branch in Bad Sülze. On February 15, 2004, the new Recknitz-Trebeltal office was created through the merger of the Bad Sülze , Trebeltal and Tribsees offices . On June 13, 2004 the municipalities of Böhlendorf, Breesen and Langsdorf merged to form the municipality of Lindholz .
The official area extends around the Trebel and Recknitz valleys east of the Hanseatic city of Rostock . The north of the office borders on the Ribnitz-Damgarten office and the city of Marlow , the east borders on the Franzburg-Richtenberg office , the south and west on the Rostock district . There are no larger lakes in the official area, but the Trebel and Recknitz rivers flow through it. There are no noteworthy surveys in the office, as the office is almost exclusively in the lowlands of the Trebel and Recknitz valleys.
In economic terms, only agriculture plays a minor role and tourism is not very important either. The spa town of Bad Sülze and the water and cycling routes along the Tebel and Recknitz rivers are also worth mentioning . The region is hoping for further upswing with the completion of the Federal Motorway 20 . There are no federal highways or railway lines through the Recknitz-Trebeltal office.
