Location of the Mönchgut-Granitz office in the Vorpommern-Rügen district

In the Mönchgut-Granitz office , based in the municipality of Baabe , eight municipalities are united to handle their administrative business. It is located in the southeast of the island of Rügen in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen . The community of Zirkow came to the Mönchgut-Granitz office on January 1, 2005 from the Bergen auf Rügen office. On January 1, 2018, the community of Gager, Middelhagen and Thiessow merged to form the new community of Mönchgut.
