Hildburghausen District Court

The Hildburghausen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts (AG) in the district of the Meiningen District Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Hildburghausen , the district town of the district of the same name in southern Thuringia . The 938 km² judicial district includes the Hildburghausen district . Almost 64,000 people live in it.

The Meiningen District Court handles insolvency proceedings . For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court jurisdiction. The central dunning court is the Aschersleben District Court .

Superior courts

The district court of Meiningen is superordinate to the AG Hildburghausen . The competent higher regional court is the Thuringian higher regional court in Jena .
