Bad Salzungen District Court

The Bad Salzungen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts (AG) in the district of the Meiningen Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Bad Salzungen , the district town of the Wartburg district in Thuringia . The 643 square kilometer jurisdiction extends to the nationals the Wartburg district municipalities Bad Liebenstein , Bad Salzungen, Barchfeld-Immelborn , Brunnhartshausen , Buttlar , Dermbach , Diedorf , Empfertshausen , Geisa , Gerstengrund , Kaltennordheim , Krayenberggemeinde , Leimbach , Moorgrund , Neidhartshausen , Oechsen , Schleid , Stadtlengsfeld , Unterbreizbach , Urnshausen , Vacha , Weilar , Wiesenthal and Zella / Rhön . Around 72,600 people live in it.

The Meiningen District Court handles insolvency proceedings . For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court jurisdiction. The central dunning court is the Aschersleben District Court .

The district court of Meiningen is superordinate to the AG Bad Salzungen . The competent higher regional court is the Thuringian higher regional court in Jena .
