District court Suhl

The district court of Suhl is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Meiningen .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the independent city of Suhl in the south of Thuringia . The 154 km² judicial district extends to the city of Suhl and the municipalities of Oberhof and Zella-Mehlis, which are part of the Schmalkalden-Meiningen district . Around 47,300 people live in it.

The Meiningen District Court handles insolvency proceedings . For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court jurisdiction. The central dunning court is the Aschersleben District Court .

Superior courts

The district court Meiningen is superordinate to the AG Suhl . The competent higher regional court is the Thuringian higher regional court in Jena .
