Andreas Maria Schwaiger
Andreas Maria Schwaiger (born June 10, 1969 in Göppingen ) is a German actor , economist and entrepreneur.
Career
Andreas Schwaiger became known for his role as Commissioner Hölzermann in the ZDF series Der letzte Zeuge and the title role in the Sat.1 series Hallo, Onkel Doc! as Dr. Christian Knight . This was followed by numerous leading roles in television games, including The Last Chance , Lawyer Abel and Tatort and Polizeiruf 110 . In addition, Andreas Maria Schwaiger took part in numerous television series, such as Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei , various "Soko episodes", The Bull from Tölz , Velvet and Silk , and many more. In 1997, Bernhard Stephan brought him into the permanent ensemble of the ZDF series “The Last Witness”. Andreas Maria Schwaiger embodied the commissioner Wolfgang Hölzermann alongside Ulrich Mühe, Gesine Crukowski and Jörg Gudzuhn. In the following years he left the series and took over the title role of pediatrician in the SAT1 series "Hallo Uncle Doc!". This was followed by numerous appearances in various series such as Soko Cologne, Kitzbühel and Leipzig, the main role of the episode "Carrot and Stick" directed by Christian Görlitz from the ZDF series "Anwalt Abel". Under Tom Toelle, Schwaiger was allowed to take part in the feature film "When love is lost" and Peter Fratscher hired him for the leading role in the Munich crime scene "The Foreign Residents".
Internationally, Andreas Maria Schwaiger starred in Quand la guerre sera loin directed by Olivier Schatzky and in Looking in obituaries with Oscar winner Murray Abraham directed by Giancarlo Giannini . Internationally he is represented by the Managements Studio Squillante and Agents Associations in Rome and Paris.
Andreas Maria Schwaiger attended the Lycee de Crest in Provence and graduated from high school in Germany. He speaks four languages (English, French, German and Italian). After graduating from high school, he studied economics and politics, in combination with media management, at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . In 1995 he completed his studies with the current head of the IFO Institute , Hans-Werner Sinn , with a degree in economics.
In parallel, he took private acting lessons and attended numerous international workshops. Schwaiger is also the founder and managing director of BuildingConcept. BuildingConcept is a global leader in the facade construction sector. There were u. a. 432parkavenue, Tec Bridge Toronto and the interior of the Frankfurt exhibition tower realized.
