Andreas Pauli (born October 27, 1993 in Bad Tölz ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with EC Bad Nauheim in the DEL2 since May 2019 .

Career

Andreas Pauli began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of the EC Bad Tölz , for which he was active from 2006 to 2008 in the school league and then for a year in the German youth league. From 2009 to 2011 he ran for the Krefelder EV 1981 in the DNL, where he was both top scorer and best assists of the DNL in the 2010/11 season. At the same time as he was playing with Krefeld, he came in his second year as a loan player in the third-class ice hockey league for the Rote Teufel Bad Nauheim and Neusser EV for his first senior assignments.

For the 2011/12 season Pauli was signed by EHC Munich from the German Ice Hockey League , for whose professional team he prepared a goal in 16 games in his rookie year . At the same time he played with a license to support the Tölzer Löwen, with whom he became champions of the league. The junior national player also began the 2012/13 season with the Munich team in the DEL and also played with a promotion license for the upper division EC Peiting .

In October 2013 he moved to SC Riessersee in the DEL2 to get more match practice. In the 2014/15 season , Pauli was the sixth-best scorer at SC Riessersee with 16 goals scored and 13 assists given in 44 games. After two seasons he left SC Riessersee and was signed by league competitor EC Bad Nauheim at the end of March 2015 . There Pauli developed into a crowd favorite. In the 2017/18 season, he had to take a three-month break due to a disc injury, among other things, and was then unable to continue his previous performance. Therefore, he decided to return to EC Bad Tölz, for which he scored 21 goals and 35 assists in 55 games and thus contributed to relegation. In May 2019 he was signed again by EC Bad Nauheim.
