Annerose Kirchner (born September 2, 1951 in Leipzig ) is a German poet and author of literary reports .

Life

Annerose Kirchner spent her childhood and youth in Zella-Mehlis . She began an apprenticeship as 1968 Steno - Phonotypistin and was in this profession as well as Tastomatensetzerin 1970 to 1976 on the editorial board of the newspaper Free Word operates. She wrote her first poems when she was 14. The first publications were published in 1974. The poetry of Johannes R. Becher , Bertolt Brecht , Else Lasker-Schüler , Johannes Bobrowski , Günter Eich , Sarah Kirsch and Wulf Kirsten , who promoted her since she was 21, shaped Kirchner's writing.

After studying at the "Johannes R. Becher" literature institute from 1976–1979, she moved to Gera . Initially, between 1979 and 1981, she was employed as a dramaturgy secretary at the stages of the city of Gera , in 1981/82 she attended a special course at the literature institute, but came back to the Gera Theater in 1983, where she now worked as an assistant director and press officer . In 1986 she was invited to the Poetry Evenings in Struga .

As a freelance author (since 1989) Annerose Kirchner publishes regularly in daily newspapers such as the Ostthüringer Zeitung and has helped design several artist books. Since 1994 she has been a member of the Gera artist group schistko jedno . In 1995 she led poetry seminars at the University of Turin and took part in the Genovantacinque International Poetry Festival in Genoa . In 2007 she worked in the nationwide VS project Burned. To forget? that reminded of the book burning in Germany in 1933 .

During the creation of the book Der Rausspeller (1999), the title of which is a term from the Muldenhauer trade, Kirchner spoke to representatives of professions that have become rare, such as tuning fork manufacturers , organ builders , mask makers and glass spinners.

Annerose Kirchner interviewed a large number of contemporary witnesses for Traumzeit an der Geba (2005) and for the report Spurlos Disappeared (2010). The latter, prepared since 2006 and out of print within one year, is dedicated to six East Thuringian villages ( Gessen , Schmirchau , Lichtenberg, Culmitzsch , Katzendorf and Sorge) that fell victim to uranium mining in the GDR . Kirchner introduces people who have the last name in common with Otto Dix and are partly related to him in the book Dix and Dix (2014). The name is often found in East Thuringia and goes back to the word "dictus" (named, called). The volume of poetry Beliehene Zeit was published in 2018 in an edition of 300 hand-bound numbered copies.

Kirchner is a member of the PEN Center Germany (since 2012) and the Oskar Strock & Eddie Rosner Heritage Society (since 2019).
