Annerose Riedl (2020)

Annerose Riedl (* 1949 in Passau ) is a German- Austrian sculptor.

It was not until 1980 that she began to do plastic work. The main motif of her works is the representation of women. The Bayerische Rundfunk sent in 1996 a detailed documentary about the artist. Works by Annerose Riedl can be found in private and public collections, for example in the Museum Moderner Kunst Passau, in the State Museum of Upper Austria , in the Art Collection of the State of Upper Austria, in the Egon Schiele Art Centrum in Krumau, in the Museum der Moderne Salzburg and the Museum Angerlehner .

The autodidact lives and works with her husband Alois Riedl , with whom she has been married since 1973, in Brunnenthal near Schärding ( Upper Austria ).
