The arctic fox Swifty works in a mail distribution center in the Arctic. He would like to be transferred to the postman, but these positions are only filled by big, strong dogs. He procures a delivery sledge and wants to deliver a package to prove that he is qualified for the job. So he comes to the fortress of the villain Otto Van Walrus and finds out there that he is pursuing a plan to melt the polar ice caps. Swifty and some of his friends manage to prevent this at the last minute.
