Marianne Gross
Marianne Groß-Riedel (born August 28, 1942 in Aschersleben ) is a German actress and voice actress .
Life
Groß's parents came from Altenkirchen in the Westerwald , but moved to Aschersleben in Saxony-Anhalt after their father got a job as city inspector in the town hall there. Following her father's recommendation, Groß initially completed an apprenticeship as a pharmacy assistant, but at the same time appeared as an extra at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus . In Munich she completed a private acting training with Ellen Mahlke and made guest appearances at theaters there such as the Münchner Kammerspiele , the Kleine Komödie and the Rationaltheater .
Groß has been married to her colleague Lutz Riedel since 1979, and they have two daughters, Anne Marie (* 1981) and Sarah (* 1979), the latter also working in the dubbing industry.

Through a colleague, Groß got into the dubbing studio in the early 1970s and in 1973 took on her first leading role as the German voice of Monique van de Ven in the Dutch drama Turkish fruits .
