Arnim André

Arnim André , also known as Arnim André-Rohleder , (* 1943 ; † January 26, 2001 ) was a German actor and voice actor .

Life

As an actor, André was mainly active on stage. For example, he played at the Landestheater Tübingen in 1971 under the direction of Axel Manthey . On television, however, he was only seen in small roles, for example in the series Aktenzeichen XY ... unsolved .

André became known to a wide audience through his voice. As part of his work as a voice actor he loaned these numerous internationally known fellow actors such as Michael Biehn in Abyss , David Carradine in Satanic , Jon Lovitz in A Class of His Own , William Shatner in The Boss - Marty's Last Chance and Jim Broadbent in Passport of Death . He was also the first voice-over artist for Richard Belzer as "Detective Munch" in Law & Order and the second German voice of Christopher Timothy in Der Doktor und das liebe Vieh (from season 4).
