Arseni ( Greek Αρσένι ( f. Sg. )) Is a village with 1,396 inhabitants in the municipality of Skydra in the Greek region of Central Macedonia .
geography
Arseni is located about 8 km southwest of the city of Skydra , 22 km southwest of Edessa , 27 km north of Veria , 79 km northwest of Thessaloniki at an altitude of around 50 meters above sea level .
The local community has an area of 15.033 square kilometers (only the village itself 54.0560 hectares). Nearby (about 4.5 km to the west) is Loutrochori, one of the most famous health spas in Greece .

The local language is Greek , in addition to the Greek-Macedonian dialect, Pontic is also spoken; the residents today are all Greeks , especially Greek Macedonians and Pontians . Part of the population earns their living from agriculture.
