New State House

Auasblick is a suburb of Windhoek ( Namibia ) and is located in the southern part of the city. The name "Auasblick" comes from the good view and the view of the Auas Mountains , which are directly south of the district. In the north Auasblick borders on luxury hills and in the west on the suburbs of Olympia and Kleine Kuppe and in the north-west on Suiderhof with the Maerua Mall .

In Auasblick is the new state house of Namibia and the residence of the second president of Namibia Hifikepunye Pohamba . The Prime Minister of Namibia also lives in Auasblick (as of January 2019).

The district is currently (as of 2013) the most expensive residential area in the city.
