The Namibian Prime Minister ( English Prime Minister ) is according to the Namibian Constitution of March 21, 1990 the head of government of Namibia . The Prime Minister is appointed by the strongest parliamentary group in the National Assembly and appointed by the President . He is (from Deputy Prime Minister english Deputy Prime Minister ) represented.

The Prime Minister has its seat next to the Ink Palace , the National Assembly in the Office of the Prime Minister ( English Office of The Prime Minister ) in Windhoek-Central . The prime minister's residence has been in the building of the former president's seat in the old state house since mid-2014 .
