The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology ( MICT ; English Ministry of Information and Communication Technology ), the Ministry of Communications of Namibia .

The Ministry has been known as the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting since Namibia's independence , was then part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2000-2005 and has been known under its current name since 2005. It has been led by Stanley Simataa as minister since February 2018 , before Peya Mushelenga became minister on March 23, 2020 .
