The Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture ( MEAC ; English Ministry of Education, Arts & Culture ) has been one of two ministries of education and the Ministry of Culture of Namibia since March 2015, alongside the Ministry of Higher Education, Training and Innovation .
The ministry emerged from the primary and secondary school area of the Ministry of Education and the cultural area of the Ministry of Youth, National Services, Sport and Culture .
The Ministry's tasks are to be primary and secondary education, as well as art and culture .
