Ayşenur İslam

Ayşenur İslam (born January 16, 1958 in Üsküdar , Istanbul ) is a Turkish politician of the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi .

Life

İslam studied Turkish literature at Ankara University and Gazi Üniversitesi . She holds the degrees of Doctor and Doçent . As an author, she wrote ten books and taught as a university lecturer at various universities in Turkey. In the parliamentary elections in Turkey in 2011 , she succeeded for the first time as a member of the Turkish Grand National Assembly . From December 2013 to August 2015, she was the successor to Fatma Şahin, Family Minister of Turkey. She is married and has one child.
