Bétera is a city in the Spanish province of Valencia and is about 15 kilometers from Valencia . With 24,272 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019), Bétera is one of the larger towns in the Valencian Community . Known nearby is the Club de Golf Escorpion with the Torre en Conill , a settlement of the golf club.

Bétera is divided into the following districts:

  • Mas Camarena
  • La Providència

Bétera is on the E-901 Valencia-Madrid. Line 1 of the Valencia Metro ends in Bétera .

Military airfield

In the north of the northern district of La Mallà there is a smaller military airfield of the Spanish Army Aviation ( Fuerzas Aeromóviles del Ejército de Tierra - FAMET), the Base Bétera .
