criticism
The Swedish tabloid Expressen found that after years of excessive Bamse merchandising with Bamse - the dearest and strongest bear in the world , the atmosphere of the old bear stories had come back to life. Even if animation and sound effects are modern, the film remains true to the original tradition and contains an educationally valuable moral. Sluggerfilm summarized the film as a story about friendship, which also shows "how quickly you can become mean when you are excluded".
Critics reminded the plot of the film to that of the Norwegian children's book The Robbers of Kardemomme by Thorbjørn Egner ; the search of the three friends has also been compared to JRR Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings . The Swedish daily Göteborgs-Posten found that some scenes reminiscent of Indiana Jones films seemed out of place.
Awards
Bamse - the dearest and strongest bear in the world was nominated for the audience award of the Swedish Guldbagge film award in 2015 .
