Beierleinsmühle (dialect: "schdǫl ɒ mǖl") is a former district of the city of Wolframs-Eschenbach in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia . After 1885 the mill, which opened in the main town today, is no longer run as a district.
geography
The mill is located in the east of the urban area of Wolframs-Eschenbach on the upper reaches of the Erlbach , which is still called Gänsbach here, and to the south on the state road 2220 coming from Windsbach . Immediately to the east is a sewage treatment plant, to the north of St 2220 there is an eastern part of the town from the 20th century.
history
The place was first mentioned in 1522 as "Stollenmul". The defining word of the place name is the family name Stoll, the original owner of the mill.
In the 16-point report of the Oberamt Windsbach from 1608, a team is listed for the "Stolnmühl" that was subordinate to the Stadtvogteiamt Eschenbach of the Teutonic Order . The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste and city bailiff's office in Windsbach .
Towards the end of the 18th century, the "Stellamühle" received the number 174 of Wolframs-Eschenbach when the house numbers were assigned. She continued to have the Eschenbach municipal bailiff as landlord . In 1846 it is mentioned as "Stollmühle", from 1875 as "Stollamühle". In the 19th century the Beierlein family owned the property. It was only later that the official name “Beierleinsmühle” came about, but it was never used in the vernacular. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the Justice and Chamber Office Windsbach .
Today the place is house number 10 and 12 on Windsbacher Straße.
