Bernhard Baier (* 1946 in Bautzen ) is a German actor .
Live and act
Bernhard Baier completed his acting training at the State Drama School in Berlin . He was then engaged at the Berliner Ensemble until 1971 , after which he played in Halle and at the Städtisches Theater Karl-Marx-Stadt , where he played in 1978 in Der Caucasian Chalk Circle by Bertolt Brecht and Hanns Eisler , directed by Hartwig Albiro . In 1984 he left for the Federal Republic of Germany. He played at the Städtische Bühnen Osnabrück , the Schauspiel Köln , the Volkstheater Wien , the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel and from 1993 on in a permanent engagement at the Schauspiel Stuttgart .
Bernhard Baier played roles in movies and television series and works as dubbing and as a radio speaker .
