Titular diocese of Tinum
Tinum ( Italian Tino ) has been a titular bishopric of the Roman Catholic Church since 1828 .
It goes back to the earlier diocese of Knin ( Latin Dioecesis Tiniensis seu Tininiensis ) in the Roman province of Dalmatia or Dalmatia Inferior with the bishopric in the city of Knin in today's Croatia , which was founded around 1050 and was assigned to the ecclesiastical province of Salona . Today the area of the diocese belongs to the diocese of Šibenik .
