The Roman Catholic Diocese of Oruro (Latin Dioecesis Orurensis , Spanish diócesis de Oruro ) is one in Bolivia situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Oruro .
history
The Oruro diocese was founded on November 11, 1924 by Pope Pius XI. built with the Apostolic Constitution Praedecessoribus Nostris from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of La Plata o Charcas . It is subordinate to the Archdiocese of Cochabamba as a suffragan .
