Björn Jopek (born August 24, 1993 in Berlin ) is a German football player . He plays for Halleschen FC in the 3rd division on the position of midfielder .

Career

Jopek came to 1. FC Union Berlin at the age of seven and initially went through all the youth departments. His father Bernd was already active in the iron jersey . In October 2011, the left-footed player was used for the first time in Union's second team, before he was recommended for the Berlin second division squad in summer 2012 and played his first professional football game on August 12, 2012 in a game against Eintracht Braunschweig . On October 4, 2012, he signed a contract dated 2015 with an option for a further year. In his first season , the 19-year-old made 25 appearances and scored three goals. On the last day of the match he suffered a torn cruciate ligament and was out for the next eight months. Despite 23 appearances in the second division 2014/15 season , his engagement in Köpenick ended in summer 2015.

In the following four seasons, Jopek always dared a fresh start: 2015 with Arminia Bielefeld , 2016 with Chemnitzer FC , 2017 with Würzburger Kickers and 2018 with Halleschen FC .
