The Cadre 45/1 World Championship in 1938 was the twelfth and last Cadre 45/1 UIFAB World Championship, which was held until 1938 in Cadre 45/1 and from 1967 in Cadre 47/1. The tournament took place in Antwerp from January 24th to 27th, 1938 . It was the first Cadre 47/1 World Championship in Belgium.

history

The Belgian René Gabriëls won his third world title in Cadre 45/1. He moved with the Egyptian Edmond Soussa , who also won three titles. Gabriëls won the game for the title against the Frenchman Constant Côte . So it came to the revenge for the Belgian. In 1937, Côte won the game for the title. Since it was the last Cadre 45/1 world championship, final world records were also set. The world record in the GD was improved by Côte to 20.18 . World records counted even without the stabbing game. The tournament average world record was also improved to 14.47 .

Tournament mode
