The Cadre 45/1 World Championship in 1933 was the seventh Cadre 45/1 UIFAB World Championship, which was held until 1938 in Cadre 45/1 and from 1967 in Cadre 47/1. The tournament took place from April 27 to May 5, 1933 at the Elks Club in New York City . It was the second World Cadre Championship in the United States.

At a world championship with average performances in the salon of the New York Elks Club, the American Edgar T. Appleby prevailed in the end with only one defeat against Edmound Soussa . Soussa lost to Francis S. Appleby and Théo Moons and finished second with tournament bests.

Tournament mode

A final round in the round robin system up to 300 points was played. In the event of a tie in the MPs, the following order is taken:

  3. HS = maximum series
