Ceirano was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company Ceirano Giovanni Fabbrica Automobili SA was founded in Turin in 1919 by Giovanni Ceirano to manufacture automobiles. In 1925 there was cooperation with SCAT. As a result, vehicles were no longer offered under the Ceirano brand.

The CS model appeared in 1919 with a four-cylinder engine with a displacement of 2297 cm³ . The derived sport versions CS 2 and CS 4 had larger engines with 2483 cm³ and 2950 cm³ displacement. In 1922 the six-cylinder model Tipo 30 Lusso with 2995 cc displacement was added. The N 150 followed in 1924 with a four-cylinder engine, 1500 cm³ displacement and 30 hp . It was similar to the Lancia Lambda .

A vehicle of this brand can be seen at the Collecció d'Automòbils de Salvador Claret car museum in Sils .
