The Communauté de communes de Ventadour-Égletons-Monédières is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Corrèze in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on December 29, 1997 and comprises 20 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Lapleau .

Historical development

The association originally consisting of 17 municipalities was expanded with effect from January 1, 2017 to include the municipalities of Chaumeil , Meyrignac-l'Église and Sarran from the Communauté de communes des Monédières , which was dissolved at the same time . On this occasion, the community association was renamed from its original name Communauté de communes des Ventadour to the current name.
