The Communauté de communes du Pays de l'Ozon is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Département Rhône , whose administrative seat is in the town of Saint-Symphorien-d'Ozon . Its area is located about 20 km south of Lyon on the southern edge of the department and extends eastward along the valley of the Ozone, starting from the left bank of the Rhone . The association of municipalities, founded in 1997, consists of seven municipalities on an area of ​​77.7 km ² , its president is Jean-Jacques Brun.

The competencies required include the development and promotion of economic activities and tourism as well as spatial planning on the basis of a Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale .
