The Communauté de communes des Vallons du Lyonnais , abbreviated CCVL, is a French association of communes with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Département Rhône , the administrative seat of which is in the town of Vaugneray . history

The SIVOM "Monts du Lyonnais", which has existed since 1970, was replaced by a decree of the prefecture of December 23, 1996 by the Vallons du Lyonnais municipal association.
