The Communauté de communes du Pays de l'Arbresle , abbreviated CCPA , is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the Département Rhône , the administrative seat of which is in the town of L'Arbresle . It is located about 25 km north-west of Lyon in hilly terrain between the Monts du Lyonnais and the Beaujolais . The association of municipalities, founded at the end of 1994, consists of 17 municipalities on an area of ​​175.3 km 2 , the president of the association is Pierre-Jean Zannettacci.
