Confrontation is a reggae album by Bob Marley & the Wailers, released in May 1983. Most of the songs on this album were never released during Marley's lifetime. His wife, Rita Marley, produced the album so it could be released. The song Buffalo Soldier became one of his greatest hits.

Shell design

On the cover of the record you can see Marley as a medieval knight fighting a dragon. On the reverse, however, a battle between the Italians and the Ethiopians in 1895 is depicted. This refers to the shared religious history of Jamaica and Ethiopia .
