Cornelia "Conny" Dauben (born May 3, 1975 ) is a German triathlete .

Career

The sports and movement therapist started triathlon in 1999 and she mainly started on the long and middle distance.

In 2002 she started for the first time on the Ironman distance (3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42.195 km running). In the same year she also won the Ultraman Hawaii (10 km swimming, 421 km cycling and 84 km running; in three daily stages).

In 2007 and 2008 she won the long-distance triathlon at the Ostseeman . Dauben starts for the TriTeam TSG Sprockhövel club .

In December 2019, the 44-year-old finished second at Ultraman Hawaii. Conny Dauben lives in Hattingen.
