GDR boxing championships in 1975
The GDR boxing championships were held for the 27th time in 1975 and took place in Erfurt's Thuringia Hall from April 9th to 13th . 102 boxers took part in the title fights and determined the champions in eleven weight classes. The ASK forward Frankfurt / O. was the most successful club of this championship with three titles. With Stefan Förster , Günther Radowski , Ulrich Beyer and Bernd Wittenburg , four boxers were able to defend their title from the previous year. Wolfgang Heimann came two weight classes lower this time to title honors.
