Dallas Dean Clark (* 12. June 1979 in Livermore , Iowa ) is a former American American football poker players. He played tight end for the Indianapolis Colts , Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Baltimore Ravens in the National Football League (NFL) and won Super Bowl XLI .

college

He started as a linebacker with the Iowa Hawkeyes in 1999 until he was retrained to the tight end in 2001. Dallas Clark started ten games and caught 38 passes for 539 yards .

In 2002, Clark caught the second longest pass in Hawkeye's school history at 95 yards. He was named to the All-Big Ten team and even won the John Mackey Award . In 2003, Dallas Clark was selected by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1st round of the NFL Draft .

NFL

Dallas Clark achieved his greatest success when he won the Super Bowl XLI in 2007 with the Indianapolis Colts . He was even the best tight end during the play-offs . However, Dallas Clark played his strongest season in 2009, when he was the second tight end in NFL history to catch 100 passes in a regular season and gain 1106 yards. After that season, he was elected to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career .
