history

The small village, founded as Szyruuppen in 1584, consisted of a large estate and several farms before 1945. On March 18, 1874, it became Amtsdorf and thus eponymous for a new district . It existed (renamed in 1936 in "Amtsgebiet Schirgupönen", in 1939 in "Amtshagen") until 1945 and belonged to the Gumbinnen district in the Gumbinnen district of the Prussian province of East Prussia .

In 1910 there were 365 residents registered in Szirgupönen, of which 37 belonged to the rural community and 328 to the manor district. In 1933 the number rose to 452, and in 1939 it was already 471 - meanwhile in 1936 the spelling of the name was changed to “Schirgupönen” and the whole place name in 1938 even to “Amtshagen”.

In 1945 the village met the same fate as any other place in northern East Prussia and was assigned to the Soviet Union as a result of the war . In 1946 it was given the Russian name "Dalneje" and "moved" from the Gumbinnen district to the newly formed Nesterow Rajon ( Stallupönen district , 1939 to 1945 Ebenrode ). At the same time, the place was included in the newly created Tschkalowski selski soviet (Dorfsovjet Tschkalowo (Enzuhnen , 1938 to 1946 Rodebach) ). The place existed for another 20 years, but was abandoned in the 1970s due to a lack of prospects and the last houses including the church were destroyed. The vacant location is now in the area of the Ilyushinskoje selskoje posselenije (rural community Milluhnen , 1938 to 1946 Mühlengarten), which has existed since 2008 .
