The German Embassy in Windhoek ( english German Embassy Windhoek ) is the diplomatic representation of the Federal Republic of Germany in Namibia . It is located on the sixth floor of the Sanlam Center , 154 Independence Avenue in Windhoek - Central . Herbert Beck has been an ambassador since November 7, 2019 .

The German Embassy in Windhoek and the German Foreign Office as a whole are the only official bodies in German to use the spelling “Windhoek” and not “Windhoek”.
