Dim Sum , also Dimsum ( Chinese  點心  /  点心 , Pinyin diǎnxīn , Jyutping dim 2 sam 1 , Cantonese  dímsām  - “to touch the heart”) are specialties of Chinese cuisine and dishes that are very common in China . Dimsum are small dishes that are usually served steamed or fried .

Name and pronunciation

The general Chinese name dim sum is for all kinds of traditional snacks and snacks in use and can also snack to be translated.
